Chenin Blanc: This 100% Chenin Blanc's first-run juice is transferred into large oak casks. After a slow fermentation lasting over a month, the wine is racked and returned to barrels for aging on fine lees for six months. Displaying a beautiful pale yellow hue, it is a rich wine that nonetheless retains a lovely freshness. The nose is powerful, featuring notes of pear and apple with subtle woody undertones. The palate is ample, lingering, and mineral.
