To ensure perfect balance, the wine spends one year in these barrels, stored within our cellars and subject to monthly tastings. RECOMMENDATION: This wine, which possesses excellent aging potential, is best enjoyed after 1 or 2 years of bottle aging and will retain its full splendor for up to 8 years.
